There are a lot of comments talking about the vile humans who did this to the cat but not enough about the good humans who helped. There were so many kind people involved in making this rescue happen with all the long hours searching for, tracking and rescuing the cat. Thank you to every single person who cared and put so much effort in helping with this rescue mission. You’re all angels on earth. 💜
Thats because society in general is filled with hate and vitriol.
They focus on the negative and ignore the positive.
Its not their fault.
The news has trained them that way, since bad news gets better ratings than good news.
You’re right though. The crew helping these animals in crisis situations are doing very good deeds.

It took an entire community to make this happen. You are correct. Not only that but most of us engage in animal abuse by not being vegan. We demand animal products from animals who suffered horrendous lives & deaths yet we point the finger at “other” people. The effort to save this cat was extraordinary & should be highly respected.
There’s a big difference between raising livestock for food and being entertained by the sadistic treatment of an animal. You may not agree with animal ranching and slaughter but it can be and increasingly is done humanely. There is no earthly reason for dogfighting, cockfighting, whatever. I feel like if that’s how you get your thrills then be a man andget in the ring yourself, don’t force a confused dumb animal into it.
Just the work of Temple Grandin shows that there’s many things to lessen the fear and suffering of animals that are raised for meat. I’ve been a vegetarian for v, so since we are omnivores, we are Not dependent on meat to live in the way many animals are such as the big cats.
People who don’t eat meat don’t really feel a need to eat it. So we can do fine ignoring meat but we don’t necessarily do evil if we do. Therefore I think there Is a difference between eating meat and hurting and maiming animals for some perverse reason is wildly different.
I can’t help but hate animal abusers. I don’t agree with animal testing and experiments either.
