Cat giving birth to 5 kittens of completely different colors

I once had a foster who I just absolutely adored. She came to us very pregnant and her & I instantly became best friends. She was also very young, only 6 months, and seemed kind of confused about the whole process. When she started having contractions, we were told to just leave her be, but make sure the kittens were breathing and not getting trampled. She ended up storming out of the room to come find me, climbed up my back and around my shoulders, and she gave birth to all 9 kittens in my lap (in a box with proper bedding and such). That’s the kinda stuff that changes your life (for the better)!!
How calm she is and look’s out for her babbies every second just make’s my heart melt.
My calico, Frejya, who has never had kittens, thoroughly enjoyed Belly’s birthing experience. She jumbed in my lap while Belly was in labor and purred through the whole video. She especially enjoyed the very first mews from the kittens!

My cat gave birth three times before this. And there was one time, we put her in a room to let her giving birth with peace but when we walked out, she also followed us 😂 She didn’t want to give birth alone 🥺🥺 So after that, some of us stayed in that room with her
She looks so proud of herself at the end. And she should be. She did a perfect job. 5 beautiful kittens and an equally beautiful momma.
Such a beautiful natural process ! Nobody can ever imagine the pain that a female goes thru while giving birth to a new life. Hats off to all the women present in all forms in our mother earth.
So that’s what a cat’s birth is like. Wow. I remember seeing a dog’s birth when I was a little girl and being blown away. I think that was also the day I learned where babies actually come from. Now I got to see a cat’s birth. Wow good job Belly. You worked so hard. Enjoy that hard work.

Bellly was soooooo AMAZING…. The fact she let you pet her and even turn her stomach to you at this stage is outstanding…. A wonderfull credit to you and how much Belly loves you and trusts you completely… I had tears of joy running down my face whilst watching this…
